Brandon Berger

Brandon joined the ISB Board in 2022 and serves on the Buildings and Grounds Committee. Brandon is the owner and CEO of a private real estate development and investment company specializing in high-end commercial development and asset management. The company focuses on investing and developing new and existing commercial real estate projects across various asset classes and markets. 

In 2017 Brandon and his wife, Daphne, moved their family from New Orleans to Wellesley, and in 2020 they joined the ISB community with the enrollment of their two sons. 

Brandon is active on numerous civic and professional boards. He is a longtime trustee of the National World War II Museum board and currently serves as Chairman of the WWII Theaters, Inc board. Brandon has also been an active board member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); a trustee on the New Orleans Arts Council board; served on the New Orleans Convention Center board as its Treasurer; and serves on the Vanderbilt University Alumni Association Board of Trustees. Brandon also currently serves on the Advisory Board of a number of startup companies. Additionally, Brandon is a former faculty member at Tulane University. He taught the Real Estate Finance course at the university's Master of Real Estate Development program and has served as a guest lecturer at the Owen School of Business at Vanderbilt University. 

Brandon graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2003 with a degree in History and from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2007 with a Masters in Real Estate Development.
