FAST Heritage Track

Enrolling your child in the FAST Heritage Track is an investment in their future success and global citizenship, supported by ISB's 60 years of experience in “Teaching the World.”
 
ISB is pleased to offer the FAST Heritage Track, a program that:
  • Is designed for students aged 3 to 18 who have learned French at school or at home
  • Offers comprehensive French language immersion based on the ISB curriculum
  • Is taught by experienced and passionate ISB instructors

Program Offerings - New Session Begins September 15th, 2025!

Whether your child is only beginning to speak or is already proficient in French, our program offers flexible pathways for different levels of language proficiency.

  • Petits Parleurs (Ages 3 to 4)  Introduces early oral language skills through play and simple conversations.
  • Parleurs (Ages 4 to 6) Strengthens oral expression through interactive games, storytelling, and guided conversations.
  • Lecteurs (Ages 6 to 9) Develops reading skills in French and builds confidence through practice and support.
  • Ecrivains (Ages 9 to 12) Focuses on developing or reinforcing writing skills and overall language proficiency.
  • Teens (Ages 12 to 14) Continues to build writing skills and general proficiency in a supportive setting.
  • Experts (Ages 14 to 18) Prepares Middle and High School students to master French and work toward the DELF B1/B2 certification. (Offered online)

FAST Heritage will offer small class sizes of four to ten students to ensure personalized attention and effective learning. This ratio allows our instructors to tailor instruction to individual student needs, maximizing learning outcomes. Teacher conferences will be held twice a year so you can follow your child’s progress.

Schedule

FAST Heritage classes will be held in person once a week, on Wednesdays or Thursdays*, from 3:30 to 5:30 PM**.

FAST follows a 12-week session schedule from September through December, allowing your child to move between tracks as needed.

* Class days are based on age level; please see the schedule below.
** Petits Parleurs meets for one hour (3:30 to 4:30 PM), and Parleurs meets for an hour and a half (3:30 to 5:00 PM).

Lecteurs Débutants (Ages 5-7) Wednesdays, 3:30 to 5:30 PM $750 for 12 classes
Lecteurs Initiés (Ages 6-9) Thursdays, 3:30 to 5:30 PM $1000 for 12 classes
Ecrivains Niveau 1 (Ages 9-10) Wednesdays, 3:30 to 5:30 PM $1000 for 12 classes
Ecrivains Niveau 2 (Ages 10-12) Thursdays, 3:30 to 5:30 PM $1000 for 12 classes
Teens (Ages 12-14) Wednesdays, 3:30 to 5:30 PM $1000 for 12 classes
Experts ( Ages 14-18) Wednesdays, 3:30 to 5:30 PM $1000 for 12 classes
