School Policies

  • Payment has to be paid in full at the time of enrollment.  No payment with registration: no test.
  • Refunds might be issued before the registration deadline minus a $50 fee.
  • No refunds after the registration deadline.
  • No show or sick: a retake is possible using your credit toward our next session. A $100 retake fee applies.
  • ISB will contact you by email or telephone if a class is canceled.
