Applying to ISB
Our admissions process is thoughtful and selective. We work closely with families to ensure ISB is the best place for your child to learn, grow, and become a global citizen.
Your child’s experience is at the heart of our selection process. Academic and developmental readiness, an appetite for a challenging curriculum, and your family’s commitment to our mission and program are all essential factors in the admissions process. Applications must be submitted using our online portal, Ravenna. There is no fee to apply.
Application Timeline
Families are encouraged to complete their application by February 15th to receive priority in our review process.
- February 15th: Application deadline for priority review
- March 10th: Decisions released to families
- April 10th: Deadline to confirm enrollment at ISB for the following year
ISB’s enrollment process also supports international mobility. We accept applications year-round depending on space availability and student qualifications. Applicants admitted after April 10th will have one week to respond to an offer of admission.
Siblings of current ISB students are given priority in the admissions process when applications are received by December 31s
Application Materials
Before you begin your application, please review the documents required for admission. Please also arrange with your current school to send your child’s academic records and recommendations directly to ISB. The teacher can upload them directly to Ravenna or send them to admissions@isbos.org, and we will upload them to your child's file.
