Preschool through Grade 12

2019-2020 Applications

You will be able to submit your applications for the 2019-2020 school year on Thursday, November 1st.

Required documents to submit with the application

Preschool and Kindergarten

  • Upload the daycare/school progress reports or a copy of report cards (bulletins scolaires) for the last three years of school (if applicable) and for the most recent grading period.
  • Please note that students applying to preschool must be 3 years old by December 31st of their entry year. Students are accepted at 2.9 years old but must be fully toilet-trained before entering school.

    Lower School

    • Upload the daycare/school progress reports or a copy of report cards (bulletins scolaires) for the last three years of school and for the most recent grading period.
    • Please have your child's school fill out the evaluation forms.
    • Students currently attending an English speaking program must also provide the standardized test scores. ISB's ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam, grades 2 to 12) code is 222628.

    Middle School

    • Upload the school progress reports or a copy of report cards (bulletins scolaires) for the last three years of school and for the most recent grading period.
    • Students currently attending an English speaking program must also provide some evaluation forms and the standardized test scores.
    • ISB's ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam) code is 222628.

    Upper School

    • Upload the school progress reports or a copy of report cards (bulletins scolaires) for the last three years of school and for the most recent grading period. For students entering grades 10–12, a complete transcript is mandatory (copie des bulletins scolaires depuis la 3ème).
    • Students currently attending an English speaking program must also provide some evaluation forms below and the standardized test scores.
    • ISB's ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam, grades 2 to 12) code is 222628.
    • ISB’s SSAT (Secondary School Admissions Test) code is 4122. Grade 11 applicants can provide PSAT scores and/or SAT scores instead of SSAT.
    • Students applying to the International Program and International Baccalaureate, whose first language is not English, are requested to send TOEFL scores. ISB’s TOEFL code is 2413.
