Our experienced counselors work closely with students and families, providing guidance that is both strategic and supportive from the first stages of exploration to the final decision. We emphasize the importance of “best fit”—helping students consider a wide range of factors including academic programs, campus culture, learning environment, and long-term opportunities—to ensure that each choice aligns with the student’s values and vision for the future.

Our students have been admitted to an array of highly selective institutions, a testament to their hard work and the strength of our holistic, student-focused approach.

A Resource for Every Student & Family
ISB's College Counseling Office is a resource for every aspect of the college process, from helping to devise standardized testing strategies and discussing university and college options world-wide, to advising on research methodology and application processes around the world, or providing guidance on essay and personal statement writing,
On average, 30 colleges and universities from around the globe visit ISB annually to meet with students. The School also arranges for students to attend various local college fairs and visit nearby colleges and universities. Finally, the School hosts numerous events for both students and families to help guide the college search process.
