Pierre Ndiaye

Pierre currently operates as the Vice President and Chief of Staff to C-suite at SharkNinja, a  global product design and technology company based in Needham, Massachusetts, producing  kitchen, home environment and beauty appliances. With more than 20 years in the tech  industry, Pierre has held various senior positions across consulting, sales, and operations for  companies such as Dell, HP, or IBM - living across Europe, Asia and the U.S.

Pierre earned his engineering degree in Computing and Applied Mathematics in Grenoble,  France, and started his career in R&D. Interestingly, Pierre celebrated last fall his executive  certification from MIT on Artificial Intelligence and its implications on business strategy. Pierre is  driven by business growth at scale, operational excellence, and his global perspective, as well  as working collaboratively across all functions and levels of any community. Pierre is French  (background in Senegal), and currently based in the Boston area, with his wife and three kids,  where he thrives in reading and playing squash. He most recently served on ISB’s Strategic  Planning Steering Committee.
