Nicole Bryant

With more than 15 years of experience and impact in the education sector, Nicole Bryant serves as the Managing Director of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and as a member of its Executive Committee. Founded in 1983 and drawing faculty from across Harvard, MIT, and Tufts, the Program is the world’s leading research group on the topics of negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution. Previously, Nicole served on the Executive Committee of Sciences Po in Paris, where she held the position of Director of Executive Education. Under her leadership, the school experienced rapid growth in its executive and summer programs.

Originally from the United States and a naturalized French citizen, Nicole has spent the last 20 years crisscrossing the Atlantic. She is a graduate of Columbia University, Sciences Po, and the École Normale Supérieure de Paris (ENS), where she was the first American student admitted through the international selection exams. She also serves as a board member of Friends of ENS.

Nicole and her husband, Ted, live with their family in Cambridge, including a daughter, Adèle, in Grade 3.
