Maggie Capelle

Maggie Capelle is a Senior Vice President at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, where she leads the Greater Boston development team, oversees Alexandria's joint venture partnerships, and works on capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Alexandria in 2018, Maggie worked at Vulcan, Inc. in Seattle WA, holding roles across acquisitions, development, and financial underwriting functions. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable real estate experience at the Boston Redevelopment Authority, Tishman Speyer, and the Archon Group.

Maggie earned a B.A. from Middlebury College, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and graduated from Noble & Greenough School. Before joining the Board of Trustees, she actively contributed to the School's Buildings & Grounds and Future Facilities Committees. Maggie resides in Cambridge with her husband, Gauthier, and their three children, who attend ISB's Lower and Middle School.
