Maggie Church

Maggie Super Church is the Director of Policies and Programs for the Massachusetts Community Climate Bank (MCCB) at MassHousing. In this role, she leads the development and implementation of financing solutions for single-family and multi-family housing that advance the Commonwealth's building sector decarbonization goals. Before joining the MCCB, she was a Visiting Scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she contributed to a recently published book on climate and community development. She has worked for more than two decades at the local, regional, and national levels on sustainable development and financing for healthy communities. She previously served on the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s County Health Rankings Scientific Advisory Group and InvestHealth National Advisory Committee. She was honored to receive a Conservation Hero award from the National Park Service in recognition of her service to Groundwork USA, where she served as Board Chair from 2010 to 2015.
Maggie is a graduate of Yale University, Edinburgh College of Art, and MIT. She is a Trustee of Esperanza Academy in Lawrence, a Board member at Opportunity Communities and a Corporator at The Savings Bank.
Maggie and her husband Bruce have two children, including a daughter enrolled in ISB's International Baccalaureate program.
