Special Projects

In addition to ISB’s ongoing fundraising initiatives, we often develop special projects that enhance our campus and our community. We are very proud of our latest project, the Cambridge campus expansion.

To free up space in our main school building and provide a dedicated section to each of our four Divisions (Maternelle, Lower, Middle, and Upper School), we signed a 20-year lease on an adjacent building on our Cambridge campus in October of 2016. Conversion of this former convent building into a functional school space is now adding 16,702 sq ft to our Cambridge campus. The renovation has yielded 6 spacious, bright classrooms, a dedicated arts and science center, and the installation of a much needed elevator and an access ramp. What’s more, the expansion allows us to make more space in the main building, benefitting the students across all Divisions.
