Why Support ISB?
By supporting the International School of Boston, you support teaching the world by providing students with the education, experiences and global mindset they need to learn and lead.
As parents and educators, we have the same goal: to provide the best education possible to our children. Your gift to the ISB Fund for Excellence supports our school’s areas of greatest need, ensuring our students discover and achieve their potential and embrace the world around them.
Since 1962, generations of donors have built ISB for us; it is our turn to leave a legacy.
We ask that all families consider supporting the ISB Fund for Excellence in a meaningful way.
In general, the average family gift is $550.
Your gift, when added to those of the hundreds of other ISB donors, has a powerful and immediate impact on our school. We thank you for your support!
Top Seven Reasons to Support ISB
ISB is an independent school that receives no direct subsidies from the French or U.S. governments. Our philosophy for philanthropy is rooted in the model for independent schools across the country. We depend on revenue from tuition and generous donations from parents, alumni, friends of the school, and the community at large.
Your donations are tax deductible. Talk to your financial advisors about the benefits of giving cash, securities or planned gifts to fully take advantage of ISB 501 (c) (3) charitable tax status.
The level of your annual monetary contributions makes you eligible to join one of our benefactors’ circles.
2016-2017 donors of $1,000 or more are invited to our Gratitude Get together on Thursday, November 16th, a convivial evening with ISB Trustees, and Senior Leadership Team to share our vision for the Future of ISB.
