Lower School is one of the most exciting and foundational periods in our young students’ lives.

It is when we celebrate and explore their natural curiosity and acceptance of new ideas as we build a solid foundation of skills through our interdisciplinary, bilingual approach to learning.

Lower School includes grades 1 through 5, or CP through CM2 in the French educational system. Led by passionate and engaged teachers, Lower School’s dual-language curriculum incorporates reading and writing, mathematics, sciences, social studies, the arts, information technology and physical education.

By the end of 5th grade, Lower School students advance with not only a high level of bilingualism and academic competence, but also a sincere appreciation and understanding of different cultures. We view it as our genuine privilege to help transform their tentative cognitive steps into strides, and then leaps.
