Parents’ Association of the International School of Boston

All parents are members of the Parents’ Association, and, as such, are encouraged to participate fully in the various activities that we sponsor – either through volunteering or attending an event. The Parents’ Association Board sponsors enrichment activities throughout the school year – all our fundraising is set toward the goal of enriching the lives and sense of community of the children and families of the International School of Boston– both during and outside of the school day.

We would like to encourage the participation of all our parents. The success of any school enrichment activity depends on all our volunteer efforts. If you do not feel ready to volunteer for the PA Board, perhaps you would be comfortable joining a committee? Or setting up tables at Springfest?

By volunteering for these activities, you become more familiar with the community that makes up such an important part of your child’s school experience. It is a great way for new parents to get to know the school, and an even better way for returning parents to welcome new families into the school community.
